My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the charming restaurant to the well-appointed and comfortable rooms, it was a delightful experience. The personalized card offering complimentary breakfast for two and a $100 credit towards dinner at the hotel restaurant was a lovely touch. However, there was a slight setback regarding a confusion about dining availability only when checking in through the club.

The hotel exudes a charming Spanish finca style with exceptionally clean and spacious rooms that are both elegant and comfortable. The service provided was superb, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location, despite some construction work nearby, offers a relaxing atmosphere with good poolside service. The dining experience was flavorful and prompt, though with limited vegetarian options.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of Uptown Park by the Galleria, perfect for shopping and dining. The rooms, although somewhat dark in colors, were incredibly spacious, with very comfortable beds. The service, despite needing more training in customer service, was satisfying, with friendly staff. The dining experience was out of this world, especially during Sunday Brunch with delicious dishes like Branzino and Diver scallops with corn coulis. The facilities were well-maintained, offering everything from room service to valet parking.

The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were satisfactory overall, but the quality of pillows and linens affected my sleep quality; however, a room upgrade was provided for free. The service was extremely nice and friendly, but I had issues with communication after a car accident. The location had both positives and negatives, being in a nice area but with a lingering cigar smoke odor. The dining was good, with a decent selection, and the facilities were adequate.
